Hi! I have a problem when converting (with iTunes) a video file. The file I want to convert is already an .mp4 file but i don´t know why it doesn´t runs propperly on ipod, just the sound appears and no images. The same happens if I try to convert the file with iTunes or QuickTime, the movie comes out with a white screen and the sound, so no images or anything (besides sound xD) at all. I have the latest versions from both programs.

Does anybody know what might be happening? Any solutions?

I'm really stuck here, so appreciate any help! Thanks!!!!

Ya... I was wondering if you knew any good ones for Windows Users. If you don't, thats cool. But I'm trying to find something, cause I have a couple music videos that when I get Itunes to convert them, they lose their sound... Weird eh? Well thanks :)

Hi,
I just wanted to let someone know that there's another site that you can use to convert videos for the IPod. I tried that Streamclip and found that it was a bit confusing. I know that there are alot of other frustrated IPod users like myself. The site is E-Zsoft.com and it's free. They also have the DVD coverter for the IPod & IPhone.
Thank you for passing on the info.
