The file I want to convert is already an .mp4 file but i don´t know why it doesn´t runs propperly on ipod, just the sound appears and no images. The same happens if I try to convert the file with iTunes or QuickTime, the movie comes out with a white screen and the sound, so no images or anything (besides sound xD) at all. I have the latest versions from both programs. Does anybody know what might be happening? Any solutions? I'm really stuck here, so appreciate any help! Thanks!!!! Hi!
